"Nice little living room upgrade"
I ordered this coffee table i’m happy with it. It feels solid and the finish looks really nice in person. There was one tiny scratch on the edge, which was a little disappointing, but it’s not super noticeable. Small win for me: it finally makes my living room feel more put together. Overall, good quality and I’d still say it was worth it.

I don’t usually reach out to customer service unless I really have to, but in this case I felt like the issue wasn’t something I could sort out on my own. Thankfully, they were really helpful and got it fixed without making it a hassle

"Easy return and refund came quick"
I ordered a rug from Joss & Main, but once it arrived, it was WAY too dark for my room. I was expecting the return to be a hassle since home stuff can be tricky, but it ended up being really easy.
The return label was simple to get, and I got updates after I shipped it back. My refund showed up a few days later with no back-and-forth calls or stress. I was REALLY happy with how smoothly they handled it.

"Pretty good deals if you wait for a sale"
I’ve ordered a few things from Joss & Main, and overall I’ve been happy with the value. Some stuff does feel a little pricey at full price, but when there’s a sale it feels worth it. The quality has been decent for what I paid, not perfect, but definitely better than some cheaper big box options I’ve tried. Shipping was straightforward too. I’d order again, but I’d probably wait for a discount.

"Finally, a delivery that wasn’t a total mess"
I ordered a side table and, i was expecting the usual delivery nonsense where someone drops the ball and I’m left chasing updates. But this one actually showed up earlier than expected. The tracking was easy to follow, and shockingly, the box wasn’t beat up or dented like they usually manage to do. The delivery guy left it right by the door like he was supposed to. So yeah, smooth overall, but it’s ridiculous that this feels rare enough to mention. I’d order again.

"Took a little while to put together but it looks nice"
The instructions were decent enough, not perfect but I figured it out, it definitely took me longer than I thought it would and I had to go back a couple times to check the steps, but once it was all assembled it looked really good so I’m happy with it

"Looked pretty much like the photos"
I ordered a side table from Joss & Main, and it was kinda exactly what I was expecting from the pictures online. The color, size, and finish all matched the photos and description, which I really appreciated. No weird surprises when it showed up, and it fit the spot I had measured for. Overall, I’m happy with it
